Based on the findings of an unannounced complaint survey conducted on 05/17/2011, Philadelphia Department of Health Dhc10 was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 491, Subpart A, Rural Health Clinics/Federally Qualified Health Center: Conditions for Certification.
